Since No two trees are alike and no two hides are identical, when you order Taos drum you will
receive a singular work of art, created  by native American crafts-people from One-of-a-Kind natural materials. 
While we strive to make your drum as close as possible to the way you envision it.
Sizes may vary an inch or two, rawhide color may be faintly paler or deeper,
and painted designs May vary slightly from the way they appear in our catalog.
However due to the fact that all of our drums are individual hand made or handcrafted by Native American expert in the art of drum making, we are able  to work with you to find the perfect drum.

EXCHANGE

We will promptly and courteously replace any product found to be defective for up to 180 days from the purchase date.

 If a product is damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace it providing that we and the shipping company are notified within 5 days of receipt.

 (Please keep packaging). All exchange should be sent prepaid via UPS or US mail, with a copy of the original invoice and an explanation of the problem. We will not accept C.O.D returns
